TKA got off to a blistering start and should have scored in the first minute when a great chance fell to Carl Young who pulled his shot wide of the gaping goal. However it wasn't long before the 1st goal came with a fierce shot hit at the far post by Matthew Fox. With TKA attacking they were caught on the break and Hall Garth equalised with a shot that went in by the near post. TKA responded well to this and Josh Turner restored the lead with a goal scored from the narrowest of angles and then followed this up with his second and TKA's third to make the half-time score 3 - 1.

HT 3 - 1

The 2nd half saw TKA well on top taking advantage of the slope and the wind and penning Hall Garth back in their own half for long periods. Josh Turner completed his hat-trick with another goal scored from a narrow angle which was quickly followed by Carl Young scoring with a well placed shot. Goal number 6 came from a well struck shot by Michael Stuart from outside the box and which was deflected in by a defender. Although 6 goals were scored MoM went to John Myers who covered extremely well at the back and who hit a thunderous shot against the cross bar and was unlucky not to score.
